Rachel M. Wallace is a values-oriented strategist, policy consultant, community advocate, educator, and writer with a decade of experience in policy analysis, legislative advocacy, youth engagement, legal and policy research, community organizing, and admissions coaching.
Rachel is passionate about ensuring that communities are brought to tables where the decisions about their lives are made. She is the Founder of Isthmus Strategies LLC and Becoming Beyond Consulting LLC. In her leisure time, Rachel enjoys making art, listening to music, and spending time with her loved ones.
